iViewer will run on either a PC or Mac

On a PC you need to use Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser Version 6.0 or above or Mozilla Firefox Version 2.0 or higher.

On a MAC you need to use Mozilla Firefox Version 2.0 or higher.
Note: iViewer does not run on Apple's Safari Web Browser.

iViewer requires a minimum CPU of 1GHz and a minimum of 256mb of RAM. A minimum monitor resolution of at least 1024x768 is also recommended.

Broadband connection.

iViewer employs fairly large file sizes, so a fast broadband internet connection is strongly recommended.

Java.

Please Note: You should ensure that JavaScript is enabled on your browser for  iViewer to run.

Internet Explorer
Go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced.
Make sure JAVA is ticked.

FireFox - PC
Go to Tools, Options. Select Content and make sure that 'Enable Javascript' is ticked.

FireFox - Mac
Open the FireFox menu, Preferences, Web Features.
Make sure 'Enable Java' and 'Enable Javascript' is ticked.
